
Roasted Sea Bass With Fresh Herbs and Spicy Thai Sauce

This is a great dish when you have guests over because you can prep it all ahead of time and just put it in oven 15 minutes before dinner!!!

Preheat the oven at 400F.
Place the fish on a baking sheet and fill each of them with the fresh herbs, some lime slices and a drizzle of olive oil.
Place in the oven for 10 minutes, flipping them halfway.
Meanwhile combine the ingredients for the sauce, cutting the red pepper super finely ( and removing the seeds) and chopping the cilantro. Whisk it all and reserve for serving.
Finish the fish by broiling it for 2-3 minutes until the skin cracks open a little.
Cut them in 2 lengthwise and plate each filet on a serving dish with the sauce on the side.
Serve this with some brown rice with nori and sautéed mushrooms and asparagus and it is delicious! ( All recipes are on my blog).
