Salmon Pizza

Serves 6


  • 4 whole wheat pitta breads
  • 1 1/2 cups of greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1tbsp of chopped tarragon
  • 1 avocado, skinned and sliced
  • 2 small Persian cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 pack of smoked salmon
  • Bunch of micro greens
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil


Heat up the pittas in the oven or toaster for a couple of minutes, not too long though, you want them warm not crunchy.

Mix yogurt with chives and tarragon, some salt, pepper and olive oil.

Spread on pittas, add a layer of cucumber slices, the salmon, avocado slices and some micro greens. Add if you want more salt and pepper on top.

You have a nice meal ready in almost less than 5 minute!
