Sausage and tomato ravioli

This is the kind of dinner that I put together in less than 10 minutes, they are stress free and full proof! In short life saving!!!!


  • 3 Italian sausages, removed from their case
  • 1 jar of your favorite good quality tomato sauce
  • 1 bag of ravioli ( of your choice, I usually do 2 times 10oz)
  • 2-3 cups of baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Freshly grated parmesan for serving
  • 1 bunch of fresh basil


In a large pan, heat up some olive oil, break down and cook the sausages until golden brown. Add in the sauce an nth spinach and bring to a simmer. Once the spinach is wilted and the sauce is simmering, gently add in the ravioli and cook them according got packaging instructions. I always keep hot water or chicken stock because sometimes the re is not enough liquid and you might need to add some.

Once ravioli is cooked, chop some fresh basil sprinkle on top with freshly grated parmesan and enjoy!
