Sausage, tomato and spinach pasta

This recipe takes less than 15 minutes to put together, little to no chopping and tastes super delicious. You can serve it with pasta, (I am actually making brown rice pasta for kids and my husband) or zucchini noodles, as a lower carb option.
Cook the pasta according to package instruction ( reserve the water to just toss in the zucchini noodles for 2-3 minutes).
Sauté the garlic with the olive oil and chili flakes. Keep an eye on it as garlic burns fast. Add the chopped sausages and cook until golden brown. Toss in the tomatoes and simmer fro 5-7 minted until they start to get soft.
Mix in the greens and cook for another minute or 2. Taste and add some salt and pepper according to taste.
Combine with the pasta and/or zucchini noodles and grate some parmesan on top.
