Makes 10-12 min pies ( depending which biscuit dough brand you buy)

These are super fun and austere easy lunch an for snack for Thanksgiving day... We all love these!


  • 1 can of biscuit dough
  • 6 slices of cheese
  • 6 slices of cheese
  • 1 bunch of bay leaves ( for the feathers)
  • 6-8 black olives ( for the eyes)
  • 1 carrot ( fro the beak)


preheat the oven at 375F.

Separate the biscuits dough in halves. Place some ham and or cheese on a piece of dough in  the middle and cover with the other half. Push down on the borders and repeat.

Using an egg wash ( 1 beaten egg and 1 tsp of water) or milk, brush the dough, this will help giving it some color. You can either make little turkey shape, placing the sage leaves on top, 2 pieces of olive for the eyes and a triangle of carrot for the beak.

You can also simply make pumpkin shapes, using a knife, make the lines and place 1 bay leaf at the top.

Bake them for 20-22 minutes until golden brown.
