I always order edamame and shishito peppers when we go out for sushis and we usually devoure the entire thing in no time. I bought some shishito at the famers market the other day since the vendor assured me that it was really easy to make and I have to say it was even easier than I tough it would be and really delicious.
Rinse the peppers and let them air dry.
Heat up the avocado oil and sauté the scissors for 5-8 minutes until nicely charred on all sides.
Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle some flaky salt on top and enjoy!
