Simple Turkey Meatloaf

This is as easy as it gets... The secret is to add greek yogurt so the meat does not dry out!!!
Preheat the oven at 400F.
Cook the onion, garlic and oregano with 1 tbsp of olive oil for 3-4 minutes, leave to cool.
Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl and mix nicely without compressing meat too much so it does not get dense.
Transfer to a loaf pan and cook for 45-55 minutes until top is golden brown and meat is cooked through (center should be at 165F)
Leave it to rest for 10 minutes, slice and enjoy!
