Simply roasted artichoke hearts

This is one of the easiest side sit ever. I have always loved artichokes but, boiling them, cleaning them, prepping them can be a hassle sometimes... Here since I am using frozen ( canned work as well) artichoke Hearst, it is super easy.
Preheat the oven at 415F and line up a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat dry the artichoke hearts with paper towel you want them as dry as possible so thy can crips. Toss with eh olive oil and a generous pinch of flaky salt and roast for 30-35 minutes.
Toss with a bit more olive oil halfway though and cook until crispy and a bit charred. Sprinkle more flaky salt when done and serve with a dipping sauce or as a side dish.
