Slow cooker Chinese Chicken

no time to cook this week-end, well this recipe will be right on point then! Super easy to assemble and the slow cooker does the rest. Serve it pulled on rice with broccoli and you have a delicious dinner.


  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup of chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of Lee hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp of grated ginger
  • Toppings : sesame seeds, cilantro


Put everything in the slow cooker and make sure the chicken is fully covered with liquid.

Set it on high for 4 hours!

When ready, pull the chicken and serve on rice with the sauce and broccoli on the side!
