Soy and sesame shrimps

My kids love asian food and seasoning. Here I made asian spiced shrimps with coconut rice and I threw in some frozen peas and cauliflower. It took me 15 minutes to put it all together and they devoured the entire thing....
Marinate the shrimps for a few minutes in the sauce. Heat up some avocado oil in a pan and cook the shrimps for 2 minutes on each side and add the veggies and toss together.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds and maybe add some cilantro.
Serve on top of white rice, coconut rice or quinoa or even noodles.
