Summer almond and berry tartlet

This indigo dessert is perfect for 2 and takes barely 20 minute to bake... Just double the recipe if you want more....
assemble the almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, baking soda and salt together until it form a dough. Mold it in a small tart shell dish and bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes. When golden brown remove from the oven and leave to cool completely (you can put it in the fridge to go faster).
Meanwhile beat the cream until stiff peak and add in the vanilla.
When the tart is cool enough spoon the whipped cream in the middle and top with the fresh berries... I have done this with peaches as well and it was super delicious as well, so feel free to improvise.
