Sweet potato fries with avocado dip

Sweet potatoes are one of my weakness and prepared this way they are so crispy. Paired with the creamy dip makes an amazing combo.
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Toss the sweet potatoes with the oil in a large mixing bowl. Add the paprika, some salt and pepper and toss well.
Transfer the sweet potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake until brown and crisp on the bottom, about 10-15 minutes, then filp and bake until the other side is crisp, about 10 minutes.
Or bake them in your air fryer at 400F for 25 minutes shaking the basket a few times.
In the meantime, prepare the avocado dip. In a food processor, mix the ripe avocado, yogurt, fresh lime juice and zest, cilantro and mix until smooth texture. Season with salt and pepper.
