I shared the recipe for the slaw yesterday that can easily go with a lot of dishes!! Try it this way and I promise you that you will not be disappointed!!

Ingredients

  • 2 large swordfish steaks
  • 2-3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of dried oregano
  • 1 lime, juiced and zested
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

Pat dry the fish and place it in a shallow dish. Drizzle the olive oil on both side as well as the oregano, lime zest and juice and generously sprinkle some salt and pepper.

Preheat your grill at 400F. Cook the swordfish steak for 2-3 minutes on each side without moving them around. I close the top of the grill for the first side but leave it open once I flip them.

Once cooked cover with foil and leave to rest for 5 minutes. Slice and spoon the salsa on top and enjoy! I served this with my crunchy slaw and it was really easy and delicious!
