These take so little time to assemble, so are great for a busy week night ( which is all the time, right?!). You can serve them as burgers, meatballs, in a bun, on lettuce, ... You can also use turkey instead of chicken if you want to!


  • 1 lb of ground chicken,
  • 2 tbsp of grated ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp of fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of pepper


Assemble all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands until combined.

Form 5 burgers, it will be sticky but that's ok, it means the burgers will be super moist!

Heat up avocado oil in a pan and grill for 3-5 minutes on each side until cooked though.
