Makes 12-15 meatballs

These combine all the flavors of thanksgiving together and brings it home! Simply add it all in the food processor, combine with the meat, cook and done!!!


  • 1 lb of ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup of cranberries ( frozen, fresh or even dried works)
  • 1/4 cup of pine nuts
  • 1 small shallot
  • 1 bunch of baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp of fresh thyme and sage, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp of oil


Place the nuts, cranberries, shallot, spinach in the food processor and pulse until cut into small pieces (not too much others it will get mushy).

Combine with the meat, the egg, some salt and pepper. With a scooper form the meatballs, it will be really moist and sticky but that is ok.

Cook in a large pan with some ghee or oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
