Tomato & Feta Tartlets
Sep 8 2016
This is a great dish for Sunday brunch served with greens or even as an appetizer. It is summery, delicious, really easy to prepare and will impress your guests!
You can go many different ways with this, you can choose to go simple like I did. You can add as many ingredients as the pan will allow you. It is lighter than a quiche as there are no eggs but is as easy to prepare.
Cut the dough into squares. Using a greased muffin pan, place the dough in the pan filling the holes.
Add some tomatoes and feta cheese and bake at 400 in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until pastry is golden brown.
Let it cool down before removing, add some chopped basil for garnish.
