Tomato pasta shrimps

The sauce gets done while the pasta cooks. The dish really comes together in minutes which is always amazing, especially when it tastes this good!


  • 1 pack of spaghetti ( any kind works)
  • 2 cups of cherry tomatoes, cut in 2
  • 2 cups of shrimps (I used frozen, thawed, deveined)
  • 1 pinch of chili flakes
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2-3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 bunch of fresh basil, chopped


Cook the pasta according to packaging instructions.

Sauté the garlic with the chili flakes and olive oil in a medium pan. Add the tomatoes and the shrimps and stir until tomatoes soften and shrimps are cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Add some salt and pepper.

Toss in the pasta and sprinkle the fresh basil on top. Enjoy!
