During summer, tomatoes and peaches are just so full of flavor, sweet and delicious here in California. Pairing them in a salad with fresh basil and even some burrata is just perfect!
It taste like summer in Italy on a plate. Adding prosciutto would be nice as well!!!
Chop the tomatoes and peaches, and place them a in large serving bowl. Add the oil, some salt, pepper, the basil and toss together. Let it rest for a couple of minutes to make sure all the flavors blend nicely together and serve.
