Tomato-Thyme Savory Pudding

This is a mix between a Dutch pancake meet an omelette kind of dish. I added smoked salmon when cooked to give extra flavor!
Preheat the oven at 450F.
Combine flour, eggs, milk, butter, 1 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of pepper. Sauté the onion and thyme on the stove with the olive oil for a few minutes.
Pour the mixture in the hot pan and sprinkle the tomatoes evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until completely set and golden brown.
Sprinkle some chives and add toppings of you choice!
