Turkey Quinoa Burger

Serves 5


  • 1 lb of ground turkey
  • 1 cup of cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup of chopped parsley
  • 2 small shallots, minced
  • Salt and pepper


Mix everything together, without squishing it. Make 1-2 inches balls and flatten to shape as mini burgers. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.

I baked potato slices in the oven at F400 for 10-12 minutes and used them as buns….I served it with a siracha aioli, mixing vegenaise (or mayonnaise) and siracha sauce.
