This is one of most tasty way I have ever made eggs!!! It was only for me because everyone else was out and busy!! But oh boy, I have to make this for my family ASAP!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of grok yogurt
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1/4 cup of Italian parsley
  • Flaky salt and ground pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-2 tbsp of chili oil
  • 1 pitta bread ( or toast or cauliflower thin)
  • 1 tbsp of avocado oil

Directions

Zest and juice the lemon and mix with the yogurt. Add some flaky salt, the crushed garlic (I used garlic granules) some black pepper as well as some chopped parsley. Reserve on the side.

In a small pan heat up the oil and cook the eggs to your liking. I like mine with runny yolk and totally set white. It took 2-2:30 minutes.

Once the egg sale cooked, spoon the yogurt on a plate and add the eggs on top. Drizzle the chili oil and sprinkle the rest of the parse as well as some laky salt and ground pepper. Arrange the pitta bread around and dip it in!
