Weekly meal plan

Things are getting a it hectic with the Holidays and everything going on. Knowing that my meal plan is there and I don't have to worry about dinner helps so much. You should give it a try!

Monday: Japanese soup. Making this one again with mushrooms, tofu, seaweed and udon noodles. Basically it is like  broth in which I cook all these with some bok-choy, soy sauce, fresh ginger and garlic.

Tuesday: Chicken popcorn. I have been teaching this recipe last month in my cooking glass and it was a huge success... Making this with my harvest quinoa! I just posted both on the blog.

Wednesday: Roasted cod. A new weekly video and recipe. The beauty of this is that it takes less than 15 minutes in the oven and you have a nice and flaky, super flavorful cod! I will cook some rice in my rice cooker and this recipe can be made with mushrooms, or maybe cooked spinach if you want more greens!

Thursday: Chicken paillard with mini crispy potatoes. A classic that never fails to make everyone happy. Sides of potatoes, green beans and arugula salad makes this dish a prefect family dinner.

Friday: Turkey meatloaf. Another recipe I have been teaching, everybody loved it. I miss Thanksgiving flavors already, so this will do the trick without all the work. My butternut squash purée will be the perfect match to it and maybe braised endives.

Saturday:  Asian pesto ramen. My kids LOVE ramen noodles, with this recipe I hide so many different kind of greens in the sauce without anyone complaining about it.

Sunday: Cauliflower hash and eggs. Who  loves breakfast for dinner? Me! Sometimes simple is best, especially on Sunday night...
