I cannot believe that Thanksgiving week is over, my favorite Holiday and so much delicious food and it is done... Since all last week was about prepping, baking, roasting, basting and more, I am keeping things low key this week. Soups, veggies, as healthy and easy as possible to recover from the feast...

Monday: Turkey noodles soupI have made tons of stock last week and still have some dark turkey meat. I will add some carrots, celery and noodles and turn all this into a version of my chicken noodle soup.

Tuesday: Korean noodles with spinach and tempeh . I make this whenever I need super easy... My favorite vendor at the farmers market sell all this delicious Korean food and my kids love it so much. I just assemble it all and sauté it will spinach and peas and some soy sauce.

Wednesday: Harvest chicken tray bake.  This is the new video and recipe of the week, like I said, I am al about low key and healthy, and this does the trick!

Thursday: 1 pan roasted salmon and veggies. Dinner does get any easier than this! I put it all on a tray and roast it together and done!!!

 Friday: Tortellini veggies and sausage casserole. This is one I have done many times and perfect for an easy Friday night. We are going out but the kids will enjoy this.

Saturday: Chickpea stew. This recipe is from Deliciously Ella. She has a few cookbooks, an app and a blog as well. Her food is super clean and healthy, I feel that this is something that my kids would go for!

Sunday: Sunday night DYI pizzas. I am taking my husband to a football game and kids are staying home, this way I know they will eat a yummy dinner and they will have fun! I usually buy the pizza dough so they just have to roll it out and have fun with all the toppings.
