Monday: Watermelon gazpacho. Watermelon is so sweet right now and makes this soup almost taste  like dessert...
Tuesday: Kale and mushroom tacos.  Going vegetarian this week with Tuesday tacos...
Wednesday:  Asparagus prosciutto puffs. New recipe and vide of the week, staying on a summer mode with all new recipes for a while!
Thursday:  Salt crusted fish. I have always had this dish  when we would travel to south of furnace when I was younger, the to me screams summer and is really much easier than you would think. I have a video on my you tube channel if you are more a visual person and need pointers...
Friday: Penne caprese. This is exactly what it sounds like, I am cooking penne pasta and making a caprese salad (chopping the mozzarella in small cubes instead of slices) and tossing it all together. If you toss  it with warm pasta it will melt nicely and will be decadent and amazing. If you prefer to splash the pasta under cold water and mix it all, then you will have more like a salad kind of dish which is equally delicious!
Saturday: Tomato thyme pudding. Easy Saturday night dinner and works great if you have guests and can be made in advance! Serve it with a nice leafy green salad!
Sunday: Cauliflower mushrooms bowls. I think that Sunday night bowls might become a statement in my house. Dinner as easy as it gets, it does not need to look good but always taste great! I am giving the link for ideas and inspiration but this can be taken any way you want it...
