Makes 1 pizza

This was sooooo good! I used store bought pizza dough so this was ready in less than 15 minutes and was eaten even faster than that! With the tomatoes being so fresh and flavorful right now, it was super yummy!


  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes ( or 1 large heirloom tomato)
  • 1 burrata
  • 1 bunch of fresh basil
  • 1 cup of parmesan, grated
  • 1 green onion
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tsp of oregano


Preheat the oven at 450-500F. Arrange the dough on a greased baking tray or pizza tray. Drizzle olive oil, the oregano and the parmesan. Cook for 8-10 minutes ( this depends on your oven and the thickness of the pizza), just keep an eye on it so the cheese does not burn.

While the pizza is on the oven, cut the tomatoes, chop the basil and the green onion and toss with some olive oil, salt and pepper.

Once the pizza is golden brown and cooked, carefully remove from the oven. Spoon the tomatoes on top with the mozzarella. Chop some more basil and add onto the pizza with a pinch of chili flakes.

Cut and enjoy while still warm!
