This is as easy sit gets for a speedy dinner. All you need to do is assemble and add flavor!
Bring the broth to a boil with the ginger, garlic and miso paste, lower a bit while you are cooking the wontons.
Heat up 2 tbsp of avocado oil and cook the wontons on each sides for 2-3 minutes covered. This way they will get crisp on the outside but cook inside as well. You could also cook them directly in the broth for 6-7 minutes, I just like it better this way.
Serve 1 cup of broth perp person with 4-5 wonton as well. Sprinkle some green onions, cilantro and Japanese seasoning and enjoy!
