Zucchini flat bread pizza

I almost always have some sort of flat bread around here since my kids love pizza! It is so easy to use and top with whatever you have in the fridge. It also makes for a nice appetizer with drinks when you have guests over!
Preheat the oven at 425F.
Place the flat bread on a baking sheet. Spread the softened goat cheese. Using a mandolin, thinly slice the zucchini and arrange on the pizza. Spoon the pesto sauce all over and grate some parmesan on top. Drizzle some olive oil and finish with the Italian seasoning.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Top it of with some freshly chopped basil.
Enjoy right away and serve with a nice arugula salad on the side.
